AGES 4-13:

Black leotard (no attached skirt), tan tights – footed or footless

AGES 4 & up :

Black spandex shorts may be worn

AGES 14 & up:

Any color leotard may be worn, tan tights for tap

Boys:

Any color leotard may be worn, tan tights for tap

Adults:

Fitted dance attire, including shorts and yoga pants

ALL DANCERS:

Hair: Ponytail, sturdy elastic (no scrunchies)

Dance Bag, Water Bottle with name * LABEL ALL SHOES * NO jewelry except small pierced earrings

NO underpants to be worn under leotards or tights

Footwear: tap shoes, jazz shoes, ballet shoes – can be borrowed from DA costume room or purchased

TAP

Ages 4-9 : basic black tap shoes w/elastic (NO ties)or black leather Mary Jane

Ages 10 – 18 : black leather oxfords

Adult : black leather tap shoes (no character shoes)

*Additional shoe may be required upon teacher request

ACRO

Footwear & Equipment: Barefoot, jump rope

Hair: tight braids, low ponytails, pigtails

JAZZ

Footwear: Tan split-sole bootie

*Additional shoe may be required upon teacher request

BALLET

Ballet Pink tights

Footwear : pink leather or canvas split sole

*Pointe shoes will be fitted upon teacher request

Hair : Bun

FLOCKING FORMS
